Following our continued success in Western Australia, PARC Engineering is expanding into Melbourne, Victoria.
As we establish our presence in this current market, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers with a strong Electrical or SMP (Structural, Mechanical & Piping) background to join our high-performing team on a contract basis.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex projects across the construction, mining and infrastructure sectors, working closely with clients, project teams and senior stakeholders from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Electrical or SMP projects across multiple sites and clients
Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts and resources
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and opportunities
Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, quality and regulatory requirements
Provide accurate project reporting and updates to senior management
Timely & appropriate submission of all contractual notices including variations, claims and extensions
Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to project teams
Role Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within the mining, construction or infrastructure sectors
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Proven track record of delivering multiple, complex projects between $2-20 Million safely, on time and on budget




Demonstrated knowledge and practice of health & safety guidelines
A dynamic team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors and suppliers
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem‐solving skills
