Client relationships are long-term, senior-led, and built on trust rather than transaction volume.This role is suited to an experienced Analyst or Junior Associate seeking early responsibility, direct exposure to senior bankers, and the opportunity to develop into a trusted adviser on complex, high-impact transactions.What You'll DoSupport the execution of M&A;, strategic advisory, and capital-related mandates, including complex and cross-border transactionsBuild and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and analytical workstreams to support live mandates and client advicePrepare high-quality client materials, including strategic analyses, transaction documentation, and board-level presentationsManage key execution tasks across live deals, liaising with clients, counterparties, and external advisers under senior supervisionConduct sector, company,
