The firm is expanding its IR/ER practice and is looking for a mid‐level lawyer to work with two partners and contribute to the practice.ResponsibilitiesLitigation and bargaining workAdvisory matters related to employment contracts and recruitmentEmployment conditions, AWAs,
and terminations (including dismissals & redundancy)Development of employment policies and proceduresEEO and OHS issuesQualificationsWill be a capable lawyer with a successful history in IR and ER from a front‐end or litigious perspective, ideally with 3–7 years of practice (PAE).
