2.5 hours from Adelaide and 1.5 hours from Mildura, five regional towns on the magnificent River Murray with more sunshine than the Gold Coast. It is a grape, citrus, almond, dryland farming community and a pleasure to spend time in.
The hospital has a 40 bedded inpatient ward that includes general medical and surgical beds and negative pressure rooms. It also has birthing suites, rehabilitation beds and an inpatient mental health unit.
The hospital campus also has 3 operating theatres, 4 chemotherapy recliners (medium complexity site), 4 renal dialysis recliners, Outpatient consulting suites, Pharmacy, Community dental service

Senior Emergency Medicine shifts are available at a Southern SA Hospital from September ****.

SA EMR access (including ED application) is required before attending. Shift times: Early (08:*****:00), Late (13:*****:00), Night (22:*****:30).
