The role requires strong commercial thinking, curiosity and the ability to connect the dots across initiatives, teams and priorities.You'll proactively shape opportunities, define direction and guide teams toward meaningful outcomes.While delivery craft is an important part of the role, this role goes beyond execution.
You'll play a key role in influencing direction, building alignment and articulating the story behind why the priority matters.What you'll be doingLeading product initiatives that deliver meaningful customer and business outcomesTranslating strategic priorities into transparent product opportunities,
roadmaps and delivery plansIdentifying and solving problems across the end-to-end student journey to improve decision confidence and enrolment outcomesUsing data, research and experimentation to uncover insights about customer behaviour, validate opportunities and test solutionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing and advisory to deliver impactful product experiencesAligning with other Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive end-to-end product experience across OUAMonitoring performance and continuously improving product experiences through data, insights and experimentationWhat you'll bringYou're an experienced Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer value, business impact and product craft, with strong delivery practices across agile teamsYou're comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to simplify complex problems, shape direction and move initiatives forward with clarityYou bring a commercial mindset, connecting product decisions to broader business and customer outcomesYou're confident leading complex initiatives across multiple teams, building alignment and momentum through influence rather than authorityYou're proactive in problem framing and prioritisation, able to make thoughtful trade-offs and sequence work to maximise impactYou're fluent in data, metrics and experimentation, using insights not just to report on performance but to inform decisions and improve outcomesYou communicate with clarity and purpose,
