Reporting to the Finance leadership team, our FP&A; Manager leads forecasting, financial planning, commercial analysis and strategic business partnering across the organisation.This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely insights that support decision making, drive clarity on business performance and help translate strategy into action in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll support critical planning cycles, enterprise-wide forecasting and high-quality reporting that enables informed commercial decisions.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR FP&A; MANAGERKey Business Partner in developing our 3-year strategic Market Planning CycleWorks closely with XLT to compile the Annual Operating Plan & Quarterly Forecasts which are consolidated to Global HQ.
You will be the key custodian of complex excel based planning modelsPrepares periodic performance updates for Leadership Team discussion, providing insights and actions that will drive delivery of PlanForecasts and plans for the Equity P&L; in Australia, with the input from Equity Finance and Senior Operations leadersForecasts, plans and analyses Franchise P&L; components across Australia and New ZealandDrive cross-functional projects,



generating insights that influence and enhance business performance that delivers strategy to actionAssume ownership of key Finance responsibilities post Project ModernisationPartnership with outsourced Shared Service Centre to interpret business results & support efficiencyAssists in driving the AOP strategy to action throughout the yearAssists in ad hoc financial analysis indicated by FP&A; leadersABOUT YOUYou'll bring experience in:Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis within a large or complex business environmentFinancial modelling, scenario planning and analytical problem solvingTranslating financial data into clear insights and practical business recommendationsPartnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision making and performance outcomesMultinational, matrix or operationally complex business environments (highly regarded)Operational finance, P&L; management and performance reporting within retail, hospitality, QSR, FMCG or similar industriesImproving planning processes or ways of working to support business effectivenessBuilding strong relationships and working collaboratively across finance and non-finance teamsYou'll also bring:CA/CPA qualification, with relevant post-qualification experienceWHY KFC?
