The role focuses on using data, scenario modelling and stakeholder collaboration to optimise labour performance and store outcomes.The successful candidate will have robust analytics, exposure to labour modelling, advanced Excel skills and experience with workforce management platforms.
Hybrid working arrangements are available across stores and offices.
