high-quality, and person-centred clinical services tailored to residents' needsAssess and review residents' health status, monitor wellbeing, and respond to clinical changes overnightSupervise staff in daily living and clinical care routines, ensuring a secure and peaceful environmentMaintain adherence to workplace health and safety policies and apply AN-ACC principles where requiredAbout YouYou are a clinically sound, empathetic leader who thrives in a night shift environment.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:QualificationsA Bachelor of Nursing with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseCertifications: Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)Experience: Previous RN experience in an Aged Care environment with knowledge of Aged Care Standards related to accreditationClinical Expertise: Contemporary clinical knowledge (including aged care medications) and understanding of dementia care and challenging behavioursSkills: Strong problem-solving, time management, and the ability to lead night staffCommunication: Strong English literacy for progress notes and compassionate communication
