As Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders, taking ownership of complex, high‐profile valuation engagements that demand strong advisory judgement and technical depth.
You will lead multiple projects concurrently, shape engagement strategy, guide delivery and ensure excellence in outcomes.
You will also build and mentor a high‐performing team through hands‐on leadership and coaching to develop the next generation of valuation specialists.
Equally important, you will play a key role in business development and stakeholder management, helping to grow client relationships and strengthen RSM's reputation in the market.
This role suits someone who enjoys influence, thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by client impact and people leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead valuations of businesses and intangible assets for taxation, transactional, strategic and litigation purposesPerform and review purchase price allocations (PPAs), intangible asset valuations,



impairment testing and option valuations under relevant accounting standardsPrepare and review Independent Expert Reports (IERs) in accordance with ASIC and ASX requirementsBuild, review and challenge complex financial models in ExcelManage and grow a portfolio of valuation engagements, building strong client and stakeholder relationshipsEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to RSM's quality standardsLead, coach and develop junior team members within the Valuations teamSupport growth initiatives, proposals and client‐facing opportunitiesAbout YouYou are a valuation specialist with strong technical skills, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to lead client engagements end‐to‐end.
You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering high‐quality advisory outcomes.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Business / Commerce with an Accounting majorFully qualified CA, CFA or equivalent4–6 years' experience in Professional ServicesMinimum 4 years' dedicated valuations experience (mandatory)Strong technical knowledge across valuation methodologies and accounting standardsExcellent written communication and report writing skillsStrong time management and attention to detailHigh ethical standards and professional integrityLife at RSMRSM provides a great setting to build skills and confidence.
