This is a full‐time, field‐based role designed for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, driving growth and delivering results.What You'll Be DoingGrow and support the Authorised Dealer Network across regional QLDBuild strong, face‐to‐face relationships with regional Authorised DealersCoach and support dealers to deliver exceptional service and operational excellenceConduct regular site visits, audits and business reviewsLead dealer engagement initiatives including conferences and councilsManage dealer contracts, warranties, compliance and brand standardsDrive wholesale sales and develop a loyal, expanding customer baseRetain and grow revenue across the regional wholesale customer baseIdentify and convert recent business opportunities through proactive sales activityOn‐board new wholesale customers, ensuring pricing and delivery accuracyPromote sales initiatives and maximise regional market shareDeliver sales results through tactical and strategic plansMonitor monthly performance and manage account activity cyclesExpand service coverage by onboarding high‐quality dealersReduce leakage and maximise revenue opportunitiesChampion customer delight and ensure exceptional service for regional B2B and consumer customersResolve escalations and turn detractors into promotersSupport dealers with advertising,



brand alignment and stock managementLiaise with distribution teams to minimise warranty and supply issuesEnhance productivity and efficiency by supporting central billing, account reconciliation and training needsMaintain strong communication through visits, calls and digital platformsLead with safety; model and uphold O'Brien's health, safety and well‐being standardsFollow safe work procedures and support risk assessmentsWhat You'll BringEssential: Proven success achieving sales targets in a service‐based environmentStrong account management and relationship‐building skillsExperience managing complex operational environmentsAbility to work with limited data and make sound decisionsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)Solid computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Desirable: Tertiary qualificationsExperience in automotive, trade, distribution or similar industriesWho You AreYou're a natural connector who thrives on building trust and delivering results.
