We are hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow our IT recruitment accounts in Australia.This role is for someone with a mindset to win — a person who takes ownership, thinks creatively, builds strong personal relationships with clients, and consistently drives results.You will work closely with our recruitment team to deliver fast, high-quality hiring outcomes, while ensuring clients receive strong value and ROI for their recruitment agency spend.Key Responsibilities1) Client Relationship ManagementManage day-to-day relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, Talent Acquisition and ProcurementBuild strong personal rapport and long-term trust with key stakeholdersUnderstand client priorities, team structures, and hiring pain pointsRepresent Zone IT Solutions professionally across international markets2) Drive Recruitment Outcomes & Delivery ResultsOwn hiring outcomes across assigned accounts (contract & permanent roles)Drive job intake, submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offers and closuresEnsure speed, urgency, and accountability across the recruitment cycleProactively remove blockers and improve turnaround times3) Bring Value to Every Client EngagementShare market insights (talent availability, rate trends, skill demand, hiring challenges)Improve quality of submissions through strong role briefings and screening alignmentBuild feedback loops to reduce delays and increase conversion ratesEnsure clients consistently experience strong value from their agency engagement4) Out-of-the-Box Thinking & Account GrowthBring fresh ideas to improve delivery performance and client experienceIdentify opportunities to expand Zone's footprint within accounts (new teams, new regions, new projects)Support client retention through proactive engagement and consistent deliveryThink commercially and contribute to revenue growth and account profitability5)
