CCGT is looking for a Spare Parts Administration Trainee to join a busy automotive dealership in Wyoming.
This is a great opportunity to learn how a dealership parts department runs, while building practical administration, customer service and stock control skills.
No previous automotive or office experience is needed.
You just need to be reliable, organised and ready to learn.
You will be employed by CCGT and placed with the Host Employer for your day-to-day work.
CCGT will support you throughout your traineeship while you complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration.
This is a full-time role, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
What You'll Actually Be Doing Your first few months will focus on learning dealership systems, getting familiar with the parts department and helping the team with daily administration tasks.
As your skills grow, you'll start learning how to:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries Complete general administration duties Enter data accurately into workplace systems Receive and process invoices Help manage incoming and outgoing stock Support the spare parts team with order tracking and paperwork Assist with stock records and basic inventory tasks Keep information organised and up to date Provide friendly support to team members and customers You will not be expected to know everything on day one.
The goal is to listen, ask questions and keep improving.

After your traineeship, career pathways may include Administration Assistant, Spare Parts Interpreter, Parts Coordinator, Stock Controller, Service Administration Officer or Dealership Administration Officer.
What We're Looking For This role could suit you if you: Are interested in administration,
customer service or the automotive industry Turn up on time and are ready to learn Listen carefully and follow instructions Ask questions when you are unsure Communicate clearly and respectfully Have good attention to detail Can stay organised in a busy workplace Are comfortable using computers, or willing to learn Enjoy helping a team stay on top of daily tasks Have a driver's licence, preferred School subjects, work experience, sport, volunteering, retail, customer service, car interests, hobbies or helping family all count.
Include anything that shows you are reliable, organised and willing to have a go.
Pay This is a paid, full-time traineeship.
Current trainee rates are: $***** per hour, or approximately $****** per week for a Year 12 School Leaver $***** per hour, or approximately $****** per week for a Year 11 School Leaver $***** per hour, or approximately $****** per week for Adult (21+) Rates are before tax and based on 38 ordinary hours per week.
Your exact rate will depend on the applicable traineeship classification and will be confirmed before an employment offer is made.
Superannuation and any applicable overtime, penalty rates and allowances are paid in addition.
Once qualified your earning capacity can be up to $100,000.
