Client Partner | Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Are you a strategic relationship builder with deep experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector?
We are seeking a senior Client Partner to manage and grow relationships with some of Australia's largest consumer brands. This is a highly consultative, commercial role where you'll work closely with senior marketing leaders and agency partners to develop long-term growth strategies and drive business outcomes.
This is not a hands-on campaign management or activation role. Instead, we're looking for someone who excels at stakeholder management, commercial partnerships, strategic thinking and influencing senior decision-makers.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and manage relationships with senior marketing and media decision-makers across a portfolio of leading CPG brands.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and commercial priorities.
Lead commercial conversations and drive revenue growth across key accounts.
Partner closely with agency stakeholders to strengthen and expand existing relationships.
Deliver strategic recommendations using market insights, consumer trends and campaign performance data.




Present to senior client stakeholders and influence marketing investment decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client outcomes and execution.
Identify new opportunities to grow client investment and expand partnerships.
Must-Have Experience
10+ years' experience in media, advertising, marketing, technology or client partnerships.
Strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is essential.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior marketing leaders and agency partners.
Experience managing large, strategic client accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and revenue outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
