The Opportunity Join a dedicated Early Learning team where you will: Lead and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for young learners Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs Mentor and guide educators within the room environment Promote children's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture About You You are a passionate and experienced early childhood educator who: Holds relevant Early Childhood qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor qualified preferred) Has demonstrated experience within an Early Learning or Kindergarten setting Brings leadership experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader,
