Our customer is part of a larger group of companies that are recognised as a global powerhouse in the power generation industry.
Due to a quick start and a full order book, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Technical Operations Manager to lead the planning, installation, commissioning and operational safety of the business across Australia.
Role: You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:- Planning, installation, commissioning of loadbanks, transformers and other ancilliary equipment on customer sites Initial development and adherance of safety standards and procedures including SWMS, JSA etc Ensure that all equipment is serviced, maintained, verified and available for rapid deployment to customer sites.
Act as the technical authority for the team regarding troubleshooting, faults,



breakdowns and repairs Deliver high level of customer service and satisfaction Mentor the technical team to create a high performance culture To be successful in this role you must have:- Electrical Trade background with an in depth knowledge of power generation, diesel generators, BESS/batteries, transformers or heavy industrial environments.
Previous operational management or leadership experience in the electrical industry, ideall leading teams iin the field Previous experience developing safe work procedures, SWMS, JSA's, PPE and other safety or environmental procedures Be prepared to travel and understand the demands of a commisioning management role.
(Site travel is limited but expected from time to time)
