The Position
The role represents an exciting opportunity to be or become a Manager of your set of clients and team.
It would be suitable for someone who is either wanting to step up from supervisor/assistant manager into a manager role.
Our leadership team will help you to onboard new clients, develop your team and mentor you to lead a high-performance team.
We are searching for someone who is looking for a long-term future with a progressive and culture-driven firm.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
About The Role:
Review work performed by staff members in your team - specifically strategy
Preparation of business advisory reports including cashflow projections
Mentoring and training accountants in your team




Managing your team's workflow
Meet With New and Existing Clients
Initial New Client Meetings
Strategic client meetings
Business advisory
Strategic tax planning and structuring advice
Tax & Compliance
Skills and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a public practice firm
Experience with working and communicating with clients
Ability to prepare financial statements, tax returns & BAS end-to-end at a high level
Moderate to High level of technical knowledge and be able to communicate this simply with clients (Div7a, GST, Tax)
Ability to train junior staff members and perform reviews on all work including tax returns, BAS, tax planning and advisory reports
Moderate to High level of Business Advisory, Advice and Tax Planning - eg Structuring, Tax Planning, CGT etc
Experience using Xero and QuickBooks
