This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supervision, project management and estimating, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities: Managing insurance,
residential small commercial projects Monitor project timelines and quality standards Conduct site inspections Estimations as required Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Requirements: Carpentry Trade Certification - Required QBCC Builders Licence – Preferred but not essential Previous experience estimating commercial and residential projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time Current Driver's Licence.
