You'll be working across the gaming room and supporting broader service areas to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Your role will include: Providing professional and attentive service within the gaming room Maintaining gaming areas, furniture, and equipment to required standards Ensuring venue ambience including lighting, music, and cleanliness is on point Supporting food and beverage service where required Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard Operating gaming terminals and supporting customer enquiries Handling cash and using POS systems accurately Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across all service areas Supporting upselling and contributing to venue performance Communicating effectively with team members across the venue Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times Supporting the team with general duties as required This is a hands-on role where professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.
