Dooleys Tavern & Motel is seeking a
Housekeeping Super Star
to join our team in Springsure, QLD.
This is a
casual position
and you will be joining as a key member of our housekeeping team.
You, and your team, are responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
This postion comes with consistent casual shifts, averaging
35 to 38 hours per week.
What you'll be doing
Cleaning and tidying guest rooms, Tavern and external area to the highest standards
Restocking guest rooms with fresh towels, toiletries and amenities
Inspecting rooms for damages or maintenance issues and reporting these to management
Maintaining common areas
Working efficiently to meet daily room turnover targets
Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items weighing up to 10kg
Team player
Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet targets
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to adjust to casual work patterns
Good communication skills and a friendly,



professional attitude towards guests and team members
Knowledge of health and safety standards and cleaning best practices
Ability to work independently and take initiative
