We are seeking motivated Warehouse Labourers to join a busy team based in Deception Bay.
This is a hands-on role offering stable Monday to Friday work, onsite training, and genuine opportunities to secure permanent employment.
What's on Offer: Monday to Friday roster 5:30am to 2:30pm shifts Gantry Crane training provided onsite Stable, ongoing work with full-time hours Join a well-established and respected Australian business Forklift licence highly regarded with opportunities to utilise your skills About the Role: Working within a busy warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for the handling and preparation of reinforcing steel (reo) products for customer orders.
This position involves physical manual handling, order picking, palletising materials, and learning gantry crane operations through onsite training.
Duties Include: Manual handling and heavy lifting of reo bars and steel products Assisting with palletising customer orders Order picking using pick sheets and production schedules Loading and preparing materials for dispatch Operating forklifts (where licensed)
Learning and operating gantry cranes following training What You'll Need: Previous warehouse, labouring, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting Robust commitment to workplace safety Reliable transport and attendance record Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Full Australian working rights Important Information: This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent manual handling.
Candidates must be comfortable working with steel and construction materials.
