The Role
Pizza Chef
This role suit chefs who take pride in technique, enjoy working with fire and dough, and thrive in energetic, service-driven kitchens.
If you have the following experience, we want to hear from you!
1-2+ years' experience as a pizza chef or pizza cook
Confident hand-stretching dough, topping and cooking pizzas
Experience working with wood-fired ovens
Ability to top and cook pizzas with speed, consistency and care
Robust communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude
Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in high-volume and alfresco kitchen environment
Key Responsibilities




Support the Culinary team in all aspects of service and food preparation.
Focusing manly on Pizza operations.
Run and oversee Pizza section with confidence.
Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements

Salary Range
$70,000 – $80,000
