We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandria.
In this role, you'll support a portfolio of customers and our internal sales team while providing day-to-day guidance, operational support, and knowledge sharing across the Inside Sales team.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders,



and sales support activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal sales team.
Assist with onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
Support workflow coordination to ensure customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
What you'll bring?
Experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, or Customer Service role.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
What else do you need to apply?
Travel on-site to our office in Alexandria.
Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
