Drive growth as an Internal Sales Specialist within a great team!
Manage accounts and support Sales Executives to build business opportunitiesWork with our shared internal sales desk to help process orders for our sister companies JayChem and Symbio as well as Richard Jay sales
We are looking for an energetic Internal Sales Specialist who is hungry for a sale.
You will be accountable for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our organisations by skilfully closing lower value, fast moving sales, focussing on LG or small chassis commercial laundry equipment.
Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound sales activities, generating sales leads, managing sales opportunities, and closing orders.
You will collaborate closely with our clients, territory sales executives, operations, and customer service teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ideally you will be highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accountsMake outbound calls to customers and prospectsHandle inbound sales enquiries - phone, websiteCross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI's and business targetsPrepare and follow up quotesWork alongside Sales ExecutivesLog details of all customer interactions in the CRM system
Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniquesEngage with potential clients via phone, email and online platformsPrepare accurate quotesUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersNegotiate and close sales deals,



ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues or concernsUtilise relevant systems/software to manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactionsRemain updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors' offerings
About You
To be considered for the role of internal Sales Specialist, you will possess:
Full, unrestricted working rights in AustraliaProven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing or a related fieldExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesSelf-motivated and target driven mindsetExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamProficient computer skills and sales/pipeline tracking systems/softwareStrategising every opportunity to ensure the best outcome for both the business and the customerThe tenacity to deliver on personal and company goals, be accountable for your actions and share successAbility to understand contracts and pricing proposals
