You'll be part of a skilled team delivering complex, high-quality components in a fast-paced and cutting-edge environment.The RoleReporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in the end-to-end machining and programming process.Your responsibilities will include:Setting up and operating CNC machines to manufacture precision componentsCreating and optimising CAM programs to meet engineering specificationsInterpreting technical drawings, blueprints and job instructionsMonitoring machining processes and making real-time adjustments to ensure quality outputTroubleshooting issues across the production cycle and recommending improvementsDriving continuous improvement and identifying more efficient manufacturing methodsMaintaining equipment and ensuring machines are operating at optimal performanceUpholding a clean,



safe and organised workspaceCollaborating with team members to deliver on production targets and timelinesWe're looking for motivated and detail-oriented machinists/programmers who take pride in their craft.You will ideally have:Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similarProven experience operating CNC machinery and/or CAM programmingStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawingsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentSolid work ethic and reliabilityPhysical fitness to meet role requirementsWhat's in it for you?
