The role includes both on‐site supervision during weekdays, weekends and public holidays and remote support outside of those hours, including overnight on‐call responsibilities.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClinical Care & SupervisionProvide clinical oversight and supervision for HMOs, Registrars and SMO in UCCS enior medical decision‐making support to all clinical staffActive participant in the assessment and treatment of patientsAssume responsibility for quality patient care in accordance with the care model of the UCC or Acute Ward, ensuring that clinical procedures are performed in accordance with CAH policy and procedureReview and supervise management plan of patients who have been reviewed by Registrars, HMOs, or Nurses.Endorse clinical team's assessments to admit, discharge, or transfer patientsBe physically present on weekdays,
