The role
Overseeing the full end-to-end property management lifecycle, with routine inspection and accounts support
Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants to ensure a positive experience
Expertly managing a portfolio of properties to save our Landlords time & money.
While creating a caring and familiar journey, with you as their property manager
Handling administrative tasks related to the portfolio, such as lease renewals, bond claims, and routine correspondence
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in residential property management
An exceptional candidate would include;
Being a licensed property manager with experience and examples of their customer service, and knowledge of property management legislation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Excellent organisational and time management skills,



with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Understanding of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
Proficiency in using property management software and technology
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
A valid South Australian driver's license
