We're after an experienced Hospo Supervisor to run our floor.
Farm & Co is a busy, much-loved cafe on a working farm, and we want someone who can lead a smooth service, get the best out of the team, and make every guest feel properly looked after.
The hours (your call)
4-day week (Thurs–Sun, ***** hours casual or part-time) or 5 days (Wed–Sun, 38 hours casual or full-time) - whatever suits you
Day shifts only, home in time for dinner
Weekends are part of the deal
You're our person if you've got
Solid cafe or restaurant leadership and service experience and are a natural on the floor
A genuine knack for training and bringing a team along is non-negotiable
Real upselling instincts - guiding a table, not pushing it




The ability to read a room, stay a step ahead, and keep calm when it's slammed
Sharp attention to detail and presentation
Easy communication with the kitchen, pass, bar and the wider FOH crew
Reliability, punctuality and accountability - you show up and you own it
Your own reliable transport to the farm
Confidence on back of house POS and Me+U / online ordering is to advantage
Great barista skills and a genuine eye for coffee is to advantage, but not a deal breaker
