This organisation is recognised for its long-life mining operations, strong safety culture, and commitment to developing high-performing teams in regional mining communities.This opportunity is for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established fixed plant maintenance team at a world-class underground gold operation in Kalgoorlie.
You will play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while driving continuous improvement across electrical maintenance activities.This is a residential role, meaning successful candidates will be required to live in Kalgoorlie.
Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
Please note that FIFO arrangements are not available for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electrical maintenance teams across fixed plant and associated infrastructureWork closely with Mechanical and Process Supervisors to optimise plant performance and availabilityEnsure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with operational targetsProvide clear direction, coaching, and development to team membersDrive continuous improvement initiatives across electrical systems and maintenance processesEnsure compliance with all statutory, safety,
