We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements definition, process design, and solution alignment across technology initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support delivery within an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process mapsConduct workshops to capture current state, pain points, and define future state solutionsPerform gap analysis between existing systems and proposed solutionsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsMap end-to-end business processes to technology solutionsManage and refine product backlog, including prioritisation and acceptance criteriaProvide regular updates to Project Manager on status, risks,



and issuesIdentify optimisation opportunities including cost and efficiency improvementsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in Business Analysis within Agile environmentsHands-on experience with Jira / Azure DevOps (ADO)Expertise in user story writing, backlog management, and acceptance criteria definitionExperience in process mapping and journey mapping (Figma / Visio)Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements engineering, and system analysisAbility to assess technical requirements, constraints, and system capabilitiesExperience working with operational technology environments (preferred in policing/public sector)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilityAbility to work independently and manage priorities in quick-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersGood to HaveExperience working in government or public sector environmentsExposure to security, access, and identity frameworksNo work visa sponsorships available.
