On‐call: Yes, 1:2 weeknight and weekend on calls.ResponsibilitiesProvide acute, multidisciplinary treatment to patients presenting with acute mental health issues that cannot be treated in the community.Manage a 24‐bed locked adult inpatient unit with an additional 3 intensive care area (ICA) beds.Work within a team comprising 2 consultants and 4 registrars.Contribute to a cross‐border service; as required, consultants may be rostered across all mental health service sites.QualificationsRANZCP supervisor certification required.ECT certification required.
