City Chic is looking for a Store Manager who can lead from the floor, develop stylists and drive strong commercial results — without losing a passion for fashion.

As Store Manager, you'll have full ownership of your store — leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‐led customer experience every day.

/n

You'll be responsible for:

- Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience

/n

- Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service

/n

- Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPIs

/n

- Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards

/n

- Inventory control and managing loss prevention

/n





- Maintaining a safe store workplace in line with health and safety standards

/n

- Managing and achieving store budgets — including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs

- A deep passion for retail and fashion — plus-size and curve fashion in particular

- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team

- Brilliant time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure

- A flair for merchandising and an obsessive eye for detail

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
