About the Role

As Administration Officer, you will have contact between clients, technicians, and management, helping to schedule, track, and support other service staff.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n

- Assisting Service department in scheduling and coordinating service jobs and technician workloads
/n
- Communicating with clients regarding bookings, updates, and service outcomes
/n
- Goods receipting supplier invoices, data entry
/n
- Preparing quotes, work orders, and invoices
/n
- Processing purchase orders
/n/n
/n
- Maintaining accurate records of service jobs and documentation
/n
- Supporting technicians with administrative and logistical needs
/n
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Previous experience in service administration, scheduling, or office support role
/n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
/n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
/n
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
/n
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
/n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
/n
- Experience with job management systems (e.g. SimPRO, ServiceM8) is highly regarded

- Australian work rights required
