The Opportunity
/n
As we grow, we are actively seeking Practice Administrators or Medical Receptionists who are interested in part-time work (3 days) with availability on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are flexible with our roster and hours; however, it would be ideal if you are free from 9am-6pm.
We are also open to candidates interested in casual hours, please indicate your preferences and availability in your cover letter.

We have clinics across South and Southwest Sydney, close to public transport, cafes and local shops.
/n
In this role you will:
/n
Be essential in keeping our clinic running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings calm and precision and who enjoys working in a vibrant community clinic.
/n
You'll be welcoming clients to our clinic - managing intake, supporting clinicians with their admin, and ensuring workflows are efficient and client-focused.
/n
- Manage client enquiries, intake, bookings, waitlists, reminders and cancellations
/n
- Maintain accurate client records,
documents and data quality in the practice management system
/n
- Coordinate referrals and communication with referrers and external stakeholders as required
/n
- Oversee billing and payments, including Medicare/private claiming workflows
/n
- Keep clinic operations running: rooms, calendars, capacity, supplies and daily admin logistics
/n
We would love to hear from you if you have:
/n
- Experience in medical/allied health (ideally psychology) reception or practice administration
/n
- Strong admin discipline: diary management, multitasking, prioritising, reliable follow-through
/n
- Confident with practice management systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
/n
- Working knowledge of billing, payments and debtor follow-up (Medicare/NDIS/TAC/private health desirable)
/n
- Willing to obtain a WWCC (employee version) and National Police Check
/n
