As the Senior Supervisor you will assist in managing and coordinating project planning and delivery activities to maximise project profitability and ensure client satisfaction. Provide supervisory services for the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade works. Provide inspection services according to KPIs. Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and other business areas. Complete scope of works and provide estimates as required

Duties

- Assist with preparing estimates and quotations for QBuild construction Management projects.
- Managing Trade staff on performance and quality outputs.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage workplace health and safety requirements on construction sites.
- Complete scopes of work and prepare accurate project estimates and quotes.
- Provide on-site supervision for the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects in accordance with KPIs.
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, internal team members, and broader business areas.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee project delivery from inception to completion.

Mandatory position requirements
- Trade Background




- Building and estimating experience
- Driver licence
- Intermediate to advance computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience managing Trade staff and apprentices
- Current Australian working rights - Evidence will be required as part of the application process.

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
