Job Description
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring guests receive a professional and engaging experience while maintaining strong commercial and operational standards. You will work closely with the broader management team to develop staff, improve performance and ensure the restaurant continues to deliver at a consistently high level.
Lead, motivate and develop a professional front-of-house team
Manage daily restaurant operations, service standards and guest experience
Oversee rostering, labour management and operational efficiencies
Maintain solid compliance, presentation and venue standards
Build a positive team culture focused on accountability and hospitality
Candidate Profile
This opportunity will suit an experienced Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step.
You will be a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing people and building relationships with guests. Experience within premium casual dining, quality restaurants or similarly service-focused hospitality environments will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated restaurant leadership experience in a quality hospitality environment
Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and service delivery
Confident leadership, communication and people-management skills
Commercial awareness across labour, rostering and operational performance
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
