Project Manager - $50M Industrial Project $50M Industrial Project | Parramatta | 3-Month Contract + View to Extend
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established builder on a $50M industrial project in Parramatta.
This is an immediate opportunity for a robust PM who can take ownership of the project through the Occupancy Certificate (OC), close-out, paperwork and defects phase.
The Role You will be responsible for driving the project through the final stages, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements and defects are managed efficiently through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the project through OC and final completion
- Overseeing project close-out and handover requirements
- Managing and coordinating defects
- Ensuring all project paperwork and documentation is completed
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, clients and relevant authorities
- Coordinating outstanding works and ensuring deadlines are met
- Driving the project towards practical completion and final handover
- Maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders
About You We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven Project Management experience on $30M+ projects
- Strong industrial/commercial construction experience
- Experience managing OC,
defects and project close-out
- Strong understanding of project documentation and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of the project
