THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the team at Essential Coffee in Burleigh Heads while growing and developing with our expanding company. To be part of a customer focused team in a successful Australian owned international company.

Your role will consist of working in a team setting assisting with all aspects of Parts inventory/ management along with assisting our Service team in the workshop.
/n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
/n
/n
- Spare Parts Stock Control
/n
- Spare Parts Pick/ Dispatch
/n
- Assist in rebuilding parts
/n
- Assisting customers over the phone when required
/n
- General workshop and warehouse duties
/n
- Assist on technical line
/n
- Ensure to follow up on customers enquiries in the most efficient and timely manner
/n
- Assisting with Processing service Department invoices if required
/n/n
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
/n
/n
- Willing to learn new position
/n
- A great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
/n
- Current national police check or be able to obtain one on starting
/n/n
