We're a Gold Coast wedding photography, film and videography studio looking for a passionate all-rounder to join our small, hard-working team.

This role is a mix of client communication, wedding planning support, general photographic administration - so we need someone who can genuinely work across all of those areas and who enjoys a variety of tasks.
/n
Approximately 3 days per week, based in-studio on the Gold Coast, flexible hours. Please note this is not a remote position.

YOU'LL NEED
/n

- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
/n
- A warm, professional manner with clients
/n
- Experience in photography and/or the wedding industry a big plus
/n
- Lightroom editing skills highly regarded
/n
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced creative workplace

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
/n

- Be the go-to person for clients, photographers, videographers, and wedding suppliers
/n
- Plan and coordinate wedding photography timelines/run sheets with couples
/n
- Communicate wedding details to our team to ensure everything runs smoothly
/n
- Provide an exceptional client experience through warm, timely communication
/n
- Handle general office admin tasks efficiently and proactively
