The Opportunity
/n
We are seeking an experienced documentation professional with a background in interior design or architectural projects with 5-10 years experience to join ourfriendly team. With several projects underway and a solid pipeline of future work you will assist in design development and the preparation of technical documentation to support the delivery of a diverse range of interior design projects ranging in scale and complexity.

Key responsibilities include:
/n
Assist and/or lead the preparation of detailed design, tender and construction documentation packages
/n
Collaborate with project team members to develop concise, accurate and high-quality design documentation in accordance with legislative requirements and in line with AMC's quality management system
/n
Liaise effectively with key stakeholders throughout the delivery of projects including the client, subconsultants and building contractors, as required.

Experience + Qualifications
/n
Tertiary qualification in interior design, architecture, building design or drafting
/n
1. 10 years industry experience
/n
Proficiency in Revit (essential)
/n
Proficiency in AutoCAD (desirable)
/n
Good written and oral communication skills
/n
Previous experience with commercial and workplace projects
/n
Strong technical and documentation skills.
/n
