What we’re looking for:/n

- Minimum 5 years PAE in property or commercial law, with strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation

/n

- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts,



leases, and development documents

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service and legal problem-solving

/n

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage risk across wide-ranging property transactions

/n

- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles

/n

- Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals

/n

- High-level organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

/n Qualifications:/n

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

- Admission to practice law in Australia

/n

- A minimum of 5 years PAE in property law

/n

- Deliver strategic legal solutions to high-value commercial clients in property, infrastructure, and investment sectors
