Job Description
As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of a premium restaurant, leading an experienced team and ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations and guest experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to drive the venue while benefiting from the resources and support of a larger hospitality group.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Maintain exceptional standards of service and guest experience
- Oversee daily operations, labour management and venue performance
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and broader leadership team
