ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager to join a leading construction contractor, delivering major foundation works across Queensland. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with extensive hands-on experience in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall piling on large-scale infrastructure projects.

ABOUT YOU

- Extensive technical knowledge of piling and ground engineering, with hands-on experience across multiple foundation systems.
- Strong track record of applying contemporary piling methodologies on complex civil projects.
- Skilled in managing technical documentation, compliance reports, and project records.
- Effective leader with the ability to guide site teams and collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

YOUR ROLE

- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and foremen to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Manage construction activities to align with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee the setup and installation of temporary works while ensuring safety compliance.
- Develop and maintain short-term programs to support milestones and ensure steady workflow.




- Prepare method statements and risk assessments to guarantee safe and efficient site operations.
- Track project variations and additional works, ensuring accurate documentation for monthly valuations.
- Keep detailed daily site records and reports to capture key events and progress.
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of project documentation for reference and audits.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Minimum of 8 years' post-graduate civil engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience in the Australian or New Zealand construction industry.
- Proven expertise in self-performing piling and advanced ground engineering techniques.
- Strong understanding of civil construction principles and best practices.
