The Role

Following our continued growth and success in securing and delivering major infrastructure projects across Australia,



we are currently seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to work closely with our Roads & Highways team in Brisbane. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of ANZ’s most significant infrastructure projects while supporting ongoing growth across our digital engineering capability.

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the effective implementation of BIM across projects, ensuring high-quality, coordinated digital delivery outcomes. You will bring a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to support and mentor team members in BIM best practice.

You will have a strong understanding of BIM and CAD methodologies, with hands-on experience across the Autodesk suite, and be confident in supporting the setup, management and optimisation of BIM workflows across complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

6+ years’ experience working on Transport & Infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of BIM and CAD technologies, particularly the Autodesk suite (e.g. Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit)

Experience in BIM implementation, including model setup, coordination, and workflow management

Ability to monitor, audit and review BIM utilisation across projects to ensure best practice outcomes

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

Relevant qualification (Bachelor,



Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a related field)

Technical Capability

You will have experience with a range of Digital Engineering and BIM platforms, ideally including:

BIM coordination and review tools such as Navisworks, Revizto and similar platforms.

Autodesk and Bentley design environments, including tools used for infrastructure modelling, visualisation and design coordination.

Common Data Environments such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and 12d Synergy.

Digital reporting, data visualisation and collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Highly Regarded

Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:

Revit, 12d Model, Autodesk Forma or similar design and modelling platforms.

Power BI, Microsoft Copilot or other digital reporting and productivity tools.

Scripting, automation and computational design tools such as Python, Dynamo, PowerShell or C#.
