Job Specification

This is a rewarding leadership role for an experienced pharmacist ready to shape both the clinical and commercial success of a busy community pharmacy. As Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a dedicated and supportive team, drive a positive workplace culture, and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the business.

Alongside overseeing daily pharmacy operations, you'll remain hands-on in delivering outstanding patient care through dispensing, counselling,



and an extensive suite of professional services including UTI prescribing, MedsChecks, diabetes support, vaccinations, emergency contraception, asthma and COPD management, and cardiovascular health programs.

You'll have the autonomy to lead, mentor your team, and further develop the pharmacy's professional service offering while being supported by an experienced ownership group that values innovation and quality healthcare.

Skills Required

Current general registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist.

Minimum three years' experience as a registered pharmacist in Australia.

Previous Pharmacy Management experience in Australia.

Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team.

Strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and patient counselling skills.

Accredited, or willing to provide vaccinations, prescribing and other professional services.

Commercial awareness with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding community healthcare.

Salary & Benefits

$61-$73 per hour plus superannuation.

Relocation assistance available up to $2,500.
