Randstad Recruitment are currently looking for an Electrical Technician for our client who is a major Australian-based provider of advanced mining equipment, technology, and safety services

Details:

- Location: Canning Vale
- Pay rate: $55 + penalties
- Role Type: Ongoing role with opportunity for permanency
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 6.00am to 2.30pm, opportunity for some overtime and some Saturday work
- Start: ASAP - pending interview and medicals etc
- Duties:

- Diagnose and repair electronic components including IGBTs, contactors, exciters, rectifiers, and other control system modules.
- Perform detailed fault-finding and testing
- Conduct re-manufacturing processes in accordance with OEM specifications and internal quality standards.
- Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to guide repair and testing procedures.
- Operate test benches and diagnostic tools to verify component functionality.




- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and test results.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve repair processes and component reliability.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all work practices.
