About the Role

Shaken, stirred, and always with a smile, that's the QT way behind the bar. We're on the hunt for an experienced bartender who doesn't just make drinks, but makes moments, someone who treats the bar like a stage, cocktails like an art form, and every guest like the most interesting person in the room.





Someone with sharp mixology skills, a genuine love of product and provenance, and the personality to match our slightly unconventional, always-elevated style. You'll thrive on the buzz of a fast-paced, high-end environment, know how to read a crowd. If that sounds like you, we'd love to shake things up together.

Skills & Experience

- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar restaurant, hotel or bar environment.
- Experience making cocktails with a good knowledge of all thing's beverage related from the classics to more complex and sophisticated.
- Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
- Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and the ability to multi-task and anticipate the guests needs.
- Enjoy working in a hotel environment and have flexibility to support different outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain personal grooming and uphold a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment in line with hotel standards.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to all operational, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and comply with all preparation and dispensing standards.
- Complete all opening, closing,



and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in all required training sessions to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
