About Our Client:

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial, safety and PPE products throughout the Goldfields region. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, quality products and reliable supply solutions to customers across a range of industries.

An opportunity has become available for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join their West Kalgoorlie team. These positions offer ongoing work with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right candidates.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders and quotations, and coordinating with suppliers and couriers to ensure the timely delivery of products.

Your duties will include:

Providing front counter and telephone support to customers

Creating and processing customer quotations and sales orders

Entering and maintaining customer and order information within the Micronet system

Processing purchase orders and reviewing transaction entries for accuracy

Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal stakeholders regarding order fulfilment and delivery schedules

Following up outstanding orders and providing customers with updates on delivery timeframes

Assisting customers with product enquiries and identifying suitable solutions

Maintaining accurate records and completing general administrative and data entry tasks

Supporting the branch with general customer service and operational requirements as required

Roster:

Monday to Friday

7:00am 4:00pm

60-minute unpaid lunch break





Casual position with opportunity for permanent employment

6-month duration (temp to perm prospect)

Immediate start available

What You Will Need:

Previous experience quoting orders in a customer service workplace (essential)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Competent computer and data entry skills

Current C Class Driver's Licence preferred

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

What Is In It For You:

$44.25 per hour base rate plus penalty rates and superannuation

Potential increase to $46.36 per hour for the right candidate

Monday to Friday roster providing work-life balance
