An established Queensland organisation is undertaking a significant uplift of its technology capabilities and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major technology program.

The organisation is moving toward a significantly more complex technology landscape and is investing in the frameworks, processes, standards and technology required to support that future state.

The Opportunity:
Working across two closely connected technology projects on an approximately 50/50 basis, you'll be responsible for leading the change management activity associated with significant capability uplift.

One project is focused on establishing a more mature Test Management and Automated Testing capability, while the other is focused on Environment and Release Management, including the uplift of ServiceNow configuration and the introduction of a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model.
You'll work across a broad stakeholder landscape, supporting both project teams and the BAU functions that will ultimately consume and operate these new capabilities.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement effective Change Management strategies across two technology projects
- Assess organisational, process and stakeholder impacts associated with new capabilities
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication approaches
- Establish and/or refresh key change artefacts
- Support the introduction of new frameworks, standards and processes
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and technology delivery teams
- Engage with senior technology stakeholders and provide pragmatic change advice




- Support projects that will consume the new technology frameworks and capabilities
- Prepare impacted teams for new processes, systems and ways of working
- Support transition of new capabilities into BAU
- Coordinate change activity across two interconnected projects
- Help road-test emerging processes and approaches with selected projects
- Drive adoption and embed sustainable change across the organisation

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager with a strong technology background who can operate confidently in a complex and fast-moving environment.
You'll ideally bring:

- Significant experience delivering Change Management within technology environments
- Strong ITSM / Service Management experience
- Experience with technology capability uplift, operating model or process transformation
- Experience working with senior technology stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience developing change strategies and plans from an early stage
- The ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and establish structure
- Strong understanding of technology delivery environments
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach

Experience across ServiceNow, Setting Management, Release Management, Testing, Quality Management, SIAM or related technology domains will be highly regarded.
