What role will you play?

As a Client Fulfilment Data Lead, you'll own the strategy, architecture alignment and delivery of the Client Intelligence Data Hub, a strategic client data platform providing scalable real-time and batch capabilities across relationship management, sales, onboarding and risk. You'll lead delivery across key client fulfilment domains including counterparty, agreements and opportunity data, shaping up-to-date Lakehouse, event-driven, API and integration patterns.
You'll define and manage reusable data products, schemas, data contracts and governance frameworks that enable trusted, authoritative client intelligence across the business. Working closely with business, architecture, platform and engineering stakeholders, you'll shape the data roadmap, influence technical direction, deliver across connected programs and provide leadership to data engineering teams as capability grows.
What you offer

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data platforms, data engineering functions or client/customer data product teams.
- Strong architectural understanding of modern data ecosystems, including Lakehouse, streaming, event-driven architecture, APIs, integrations and distributed data platforms.
- Experience setting technical direction, shaping roadmaps and leading engineering delivery across batch, real-time and event-driven data use cases.
- Strong understanding of data products, including reusable datasets, schemas, data contracts, taxonomy and data quality expectations.
- Knowledge of data governance, MDM, data controls and regulatory expectations within complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across business, architecture, engineering and senior leadership groups to deliver outcomes.
- Commercial judgement and financial services experience, with familiarity in client, customer, counterparty, agreement, Salesforce or onboarding data highly regarded.
