We are seeking a customer Service/Call centre with administration experience to join a busy and responsive maintenance call centre team in Cairns. This is for a government department, This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support.
This is a great short term role if you are in beween jobs due to the 1 month duration. Whether you have previous call centre experience or are looking to build your career in customer service and administration, this role offers valuable experience supporting essential maintenance services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide customers with accurate information and assistance regarding service requests.
- Resolve customer issues where possible and escalate complex matters as required.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and service request data.
- Update and maintain customer records and documentation.
- Adhere to organisational procedures, privacy requirements and service standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
